Scope of work
  • Parijatha team has expertise of over 15 years in conducting due diligence of NPA accounts. (Legal, Financial and Real Estate Due diligence) of the records / documents of Seller Banks/FIs pertaining to their NPA portfolio offered for sale and submitting comprehensive Due Diligence reports in structured formats to facilitate submission of competitive bids by ARCs/prospective acquirers.
  • Parijatha works as facilitators to ARCs/Banks/Lenders and initiate all remedies available parallelly for recovering the dues(including legal, negotiations etc).Advise ARC's the resolution strategy of NPA accounts on case to case basis. Pursue with the advocates for filing necessary suits/appeals/petititons before DRT/ DRAT/NCLT/NCLAT/High Courts.
  • Parijatha is a one stop solution for initiating SARFAESI action, i.e. assisting lenders from issuance of demand notice to Authorised Officers taking physical possession of the mortgaged property.
  • Parijatha team includes Govt. approved valuers and parijatha conducts valuation of the properties and submits valuation reports.
